We offer free 14 days returns for North American customers. To initiate a return, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your products. Our team will share a return label with instructions.
For all international returns, the customer is responsible to ship the product they want to return and to pay for delivery. To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your products. Our team will reply with more details and instructions.
In order to make a return and receive full credit, products should meet the following conditions:
• Products must have been purchased at regular price. All products on sale are final, non-refundable nor exchangeable.
• Items must be unworn, in new condition and with all their accessories
• Glasses must have their original lenses. This means the lenses haven’t been removed or replaced with prescription lenses
• If the product came with a protective film, it should be intact
Any returns received that do not meet the requirements described above may be refused at the discretion of Lunetterie Générale.
We currently do not offer exchanges for purchases made online. However, you can make a return and then place a new order.
Any return of a product is subject to inspection by the quality control team. Written approval from the customer service team will be sent to the customer to confirm the refund.
Once the return has been inspected and accepted, we will process the full refund within 7 business days. A notification email will confirm when a refund has been submitted to an order. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
